⁵ Make me walk in your truth and teach me,
because you are the God who saves me.
In you I hope all day long.
⁶ Remember, O Lord, your compassion and your mercy,
for they are from eternity.^[a]
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways.
According to your mercy remember me,
because of your goodness, O Lord.
